The Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSc Forestry) isn't a degree where you sit in a classroom memorizing facts; you're out in the field, breathing crisp and clean air, reading landscapes, watching wild animals, listening to the songs of birds, restoring ecosystems, and making decisions that shape the environment for generations.

You go on excursions to the wildest places in the National Parks of the Terai and have the opportunity to do your internships in Sagarmatha National Park, at the lap of Mount Everest! That's not all we offer: you also go on an educational tour to India that gives you international exposure.

BSc Forestry is the flagship program of the Institute of Forestry, and is the oldest program in forestry education in Nepal.
